Prior to co-founding 4Spire, Alan was a Vice President at Ares Management where he led direct investments across senior and junior debt, preferred and common equity in companies ranging from middle market private companies to public-to-private transactions and carve-outs. Prior to Ares, Alan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo.
Alan is an avid road and gravel cyclist, triathlete, outdoorsman and world traveler. Alan resides with his wife in Denver, CO.
Michael is an experienced sales team leader with nearly a decade of SaaS sales, leadership and business development experience across Fortune 100 and fast-growing start-ups.
Prior to co-founding 4Spire, Michael was an Enterprise Account Executive at Würk, a workforce management SaaS start-up where he played an instrumental role in translating sales and operational best practices into a set standard operating procedures. Prior to Würk, Michael was a Senior Account Executive at Oracle.
Michael is an avid fly fisherman, gravel cyclist, snowboarder and world traveler. Michael resides with his wife in Denver, CO.
