Alan is an experienced and thoughtful investor having spent his career making direct debt and equity investments in private companies.
Prior to co-founding 4Spire, Alan was a Vice President at Ares Management where he led direct investments across senior and junior debt, preferred and common equity in companies ranging from middle market private companies to public-to-private transactions and carve-outs. Prior to Ares, Alan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo.
Alan is an avid road and gravel cyclist, triathlete, outdoorsman and world traveler. Alan resides with his wife in Denver, CO.
